Finding Our Office
Our office is located on the third floor of Providence Newberg Hospital, in Suite 340. Enter the main hospital doors and look for the stairs or elevator to the left. Once you get on the third floor, we are the double doors at the end of the hallway.
By car: From Highway 99W, follow the signs to the hospital at the north end of Newberg.
Parking is free anywhere on the property, but it can be crowded—so arrive early to find a spot.
This location is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking available near the building entrance. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call our office before your visit or let our staff know when you arrive so we can help accommodate you.
