Physician and Surgeon
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Gregory Eppard is an OB/GYN physician and surgeon with Women's Healthcare Associates in Newberg, Oregon.
“When you deliver a baby, I feel like you become part of a family’s story. The vast majority of the time, that story is joyous. Regardless of how it ends or what you encounter along the way, my role is be there for my patients, providing the information they need to make autonomous decisions with compassion and support through the physical and emotional aspects of the journey.”
The mix of surgery, primary care, mental health and, of course, babies—is what drew Dr. Eppard to OB/GYN during his final specialty rotation of medical school. The ability to both develop relationships with his patients over time and help them solve problems in a way that makes a meaningful difference in their lives continues to inspire his daily practice. Dr. Eppard helps his patients address gynecological issues, such as abnormal menstrual bleeding, painful periods or cervical dysplasia—using medical treatments, office procedures and surgery, including hysteroscopy and robotic surgery. He enjoys all aspects of prenatal care and can help his patients manage complications that sometimes arise, including multifetal pregnancies, gestational diabetes, pregnancy induced hypertension and preeclampsia. Dr. Eppard cares for people of all ages and life stages and welcomes those who identify as LGBTQ+.
Outside of work, Dr. Eppard enjoys travel, cooking, exercise and spending time with friends and family, including husband Branden and their three (spoiled) French bulldogs.
