Finding Our Office
Our office is located on the fifth floor of the Legacy Medical Office 3 Building, at the corner of NW Marshall and NW 22nd Ave., in Suite 520. The building is also labeled the “Comprehensive Cancer Building.”
You may enter from NW 22nd Ave. or from Parking Garage 3 on Floors 1, 3, or the Lower Level. Sky bridges connect Good Samaritan buildings and are accessible from Building 2 on the third floor. Take any interior elevator to the fifth floor.
By car: From I-405 north, take the Everett St./Glisan St. exit (2B) and continue straight. Turn left onto NW Lovejoy. Turn right onto NW 21st Ave., then left onto NW Marshall. The entrance to Parking Garage 3 will be on your right.
From I-405 south, take exit 3 to the NW Industrial Area/St. Helens. Take the right ramp and follow signs for NW Vaughn St. Turn left onto NW 23rd Ave., then right on NW Northrup. Turn left on NW Marshall. The entrance to Parking Garage 3 is on your left.
Using transit: Take MAX Blue or Red Line to Sunset Transit Center MAX Station (Stop ID 9624 westbound or 9969 eastbound), then TriMet Bus Route 20-Burnside/Stark to Stop ID 233.
Our office building is directly connected to Parking Garage 3, with entrances on NW Marshall and NW Northrup. We validate parking in all three Legacy Good Samaritan garages.
Pull a parking ticket when you enter the garage and park in patient-designated or unmarked spaces. At your appointment check-in, you’ll receive a validation ticket; keep both tickets to exit the garage without a fee. Limited metered street parking is also available. If garage or street parking is unavailable, complimentary valet parking is available at the main hospital entrance.
This location is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking available near the building entrance and in the parking garage. Both the garage and the medical office building have elevator access to each floor. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call our office before your visit or let our staff know when you arrive so we can help accommodate you.

WHA accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. We participate in many plans commonly used in the Portland area. Review accepted insurance plans.
