About the Provider

Dr. Rangel grew up in Lawrence, Kansas but has close ties to Portland. She completed both medical school and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where she was honored for her work in laparoscopic surgery and research. She then spent more then four years in private practice in Corvallis, Oregon, where she was named Top Doctor by the “Top of the Valley Awards”. Dr. Rangel is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

While she loves many areas of medicine, Dr. Rangel finds her heart is fullest while taking care of women. She works hard to treat each patient as an individual and learn their story. She strives to advocate for her patients in all aspects of care and wants to truly be their partner in health.

In her free time, Dr. Rangel enjoys spending time with her boys. Her immediate family includes her three sons, husband and Sully, the family dog. She loves reading, hiking, trips to the beach, travel, exploring new restaurants and spending time with friends. She cheers for the Kansas Jayhawks and has an unabashed penchant for reality TV.
