Our physicians and nurse practitioners see women of all ages in our convenient northeast Portland location. We offer onsite 3D mammography, bone density scanning and treatment of varicose veins. Here’s what you need to know:
We are located on the 16th floor of the 700 Lloyd building at the corner of Multnomah Street and 7th Avenue in northeast Portland.
By car: from I-84 westbound take the Lloyd Center exit (1) and continue straight. Turn right on NE 9th avenue continue straight across NE Holladay St and turn left into our parking garage.
From I-5 north- or southbound take exit 299 to Broadway and go east. Turn right on NE 9th Avenue. Continue straight across Multnomah St and turn right into our parking garage.
Using transit: MAX Blue, Red or Green lines to NE 7th Ave MAX Station. Portland Streetcar A-loop to the NE 7th & Holladay stop. Bus 8 or 77 to the NE Multnomah & 9th stop, or Bus 70 to the NE 9th & Hassalo
There is limited on-street, metered parking available in the vicinity of our office. We validate parking in our underground lot for the duration of your visit. There are two entries to this lot, both on NE 9th Avenue. Look for the signs labeled “PARK.” When you enter the garage, follow the signs to the 700 Lloyd building. Bring your parking ticket with you to your visit.

If you’ve parked in the underground lot, ask our receptionist to validate your parking after your visit before you leave our office. Press P2 for the parking garage on the elevator key pad and get in the elevator noted on the display. Use the pay station in the elevator lobby on the parking level to settle your ticket before getting in your car.

This will allow our teams to check whether your plan may require a referral for the care you need or to prepare benefits information to share with you at your visit. If you do not enter insurance information when scheduling, you may be asked to pay a $200-$500 deposit before receiving service.
