Finding Our Office

Our office is located on the second floor in the Providence Professional Plaza medical office building to the east of Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, in Suite 230. When you pull into the main hospital driveway from Glisan St., there will be a “fork” in the road; stay to the right. You will see the Plaza building on your right and a large, free parking structure. If you park on Level D, a sky bridge will take you into our building. There is also complimentary valet parking available if you are running behind schedule.

By car: From I-84 east, take the 58th Ave. exit, and turn right onto Glisan St., following the signs toward the Emergency Room. Turn right at the light on 49th Ave. You will see the hospital to the left and a big brick building on the right; we are in the brick building (Providence Professional Plaza) on the second floor, Suite 230.

From I-84 west, take the 43rd Ave. exit, and turn right onto NE Halsey St. Turn right again at NE 47th Ave. Continue on 47th until you get to Glisan St. Turn left onto Glisan and then left at the first light (onto 49th Ave.). You will see the hospital to the left and a big brick building on the right; we are in the brick building (Providence Professional Plaza) on the second floor, Suite 230.

Using transit: TriMet Bus Route 19 to Stop ID 2119 (eastbound) or 2121 (westbound). About 17 min, 0.8-mile walk to our office.

From the parking garage, you can either enter at street level and cross the driveway (Hoyt St.) into the plaza or take the sky bridge from parking level D. If entering at street level, you will take either the elevators (to your left) or the stairs to the second floor, and we are in the southwest corner of the atrium area. If you take the sky bridge from the garage or enter from Glisan St., you will already be on the second floor.

This location is wheelchair accessible and includes elevator access to all floors of the building and parking garage. Accessible parking is available near the building entrance on Glisan St. and in the parking garage. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call our office before your visit or let our staff know when you arrive so we can help accommodate you.

Free interpreter services are available, including ASL. To request an interpreter, call our office before your visit and tell us your preferred language. You may also ask our staff for language assistance when you arrive. For more information, see our Language Access & Non-discrimination notice.

“All the staff I interacted with were so awesome and helpful. I could not be more pleased with them, and they made a very difficult situation much more bearable for me. A special shout-out to Maggie, who had to draw my blood while I was being a huge baby about it. She did a very good job and kept me calm, and was just all around very kind.” – WHA patient
