Regis enjoys partnering with women to find optimal solutions to improve their health and well-being. She believes her role is to provide information that empowers women to make informed choices and to provide support for those choices. Regis’s goal is to provide helpful, individualized and thoughtful care. She has particular interests in mental health.

Regis lives in Portland where she indulges her love for urban hikes, yoga, riding her bike, farmer's markets, bookstores, movies and music.
