Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience with your provider?

Super friendly staff. The wait from the nurse to docotor was actually the quickest wait time I have ever had at a schedule appointment. I was seen on time. Thank you for taking care of me during my flu and coming up with plans, and taking the time to write down notes during my visit i could take home later.

Dr. Fisher is amazing. She works with a sense of urgency and is very clear about follow up and genuinely concerned about patient needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience with your provider?

Dr. Fisher was friendly but did not act like a medical professional. I understand bed side manner very well but she was too casual. She didn't take the time to understand the diagnosis or the treatment plan Dr. Lee had set up for me at a prior appointment and she kept asking me what I wanted. I don't want to be told what I want to hear, I want to be told what is best for my baby's health and my health; she's the medical professional so she should be deciding the course of treatment and care and helping me to understand it. I walked away from the appointment, confused, frustrated and feeling like I wasted my time seeing her and I should have waited for Dr. Lee to be back from vacation. The nurse I saw before hand was friendly and professional. Though I don't understand why my medical records couldn't be transferred from my primary care provider since I've been seen by multiple people at Women's Healthcare Associates and don't really want to tell my whole medical history every time I see someone.

Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience with your provider?

She was very factual and had good information to share. I would have liked to hear more details about the findings including more specific statistics and future avenues for care. I felt that Dr. Fisher and the genetic counselor gave me some good information but I would have liked to understand the condition more thoroughly. I didn't have any specific questions but afterward felt that our visit was rushed and I was not able to explain the findings adequately to my partner.

Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience with your provider?

I am pleased with the professional and friendly greeters as well as the knowledge of the nurses and doctors. Only trouble I had was when they switched electronic records providers and my pharmacy had to call the office sbout a prescription.
