Finding Our Office
Our office is located on the third floor of Medical Plaza 1 on the Meridian Park Hospital campus, in Suite 325. We’re closest to the 65th Ave. side of the hospital campus, just off I-5.
By car: From I-5, take exit 289 (Nyberg St. in Tualatin). Turn east off the exit onto Nyberg St. Nyberg will become 65th Ave. as the road curves. Take a left onto the hospital campus, then continue up the campus hill. Take the first left after the parking garage. Our building, Medical Plaza 1, is the second building on your right.
Using transit: We are at the southern end of TriMet bus route 76 (Beaverton/Tualatin) at Stop ID 3868. The stop is located at the rear of our building (Medical Plaza 1) near the entrance to the hospital. You will enter on the second floor; we are located on the top floor in Suite 325.
Free parking is available on both the front (north) and back (south) sides of Medical Plaza 1. If parking on the front side, there is both a small surface lot near the entrance to our building and a three-story covered parking garage close by. There is additional parking at the back of our building by the hospital entrance.
If you have parked in the parking garage, exit on the top floor and turn slightly left (toward the hospital) to enter Medical Plaza 1. Take the elevator to the third floor.
If you have parked at the back of our building by the hospital entrance, you will access Medical Plaza 1 on the second floor.
This location is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking available near the building entrance and in the parking garage. Both the garage and the medical office building have elevator access to each floor. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call our office before your visit or let our staff know when you arrive so we can help accommodate you.

WHA accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. We participate in many plans commonly used in the Portland area. Review accepted insurance plans.

From preventative visits and contraception to mammograms and minimally invasive surgeries (and every vulva-related question in between), we’ve got your reproductive health completely covered. When hospital care is needed, Tualatin providers perform surgeries at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center.
