"I hope that each woman I care for in my practice leaves knowing that her voice was heard and that her problems have been taken seriously. I also want her to rest assured that I will work hard to find the best solution that is in HER best interest."
Dr. Abanulo got her first doctor bag and declared her profession to her family when she was just four years old in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised in a large family within a very tight-knit community, advocacy for women was part of her upbringing. This made her choice of specialty, where she is able to advocate daily for empowering, quality health care for women, a natural one.
Dr. Abanulo considers it a privilege to care for women and to help them find solutions to some of the most common, yet frustrating, gynecologic problems they face. Her specific areas of practice include vaginal prolapse, urinary frequency, urinary leakage, bladder pain, recurrent urinary tract infections and fecal incontinence.
Among Dr. Abanulo’s talents are designing dessert tables and decorating for parties. She and her husband have a young daughter around whom their world revolves outside of work.
