From the Provider

“I find the most satisfaction in my work when I can connect with patients on a personal level, especially when I’ve had the chance to get to know them over time. Building that continuity and trust allows me to truly help them navigate some of the most important and vulnerable moments in their lives and feel informed and ready for whatever experience lies ahead.”

About the Provider

Dr. Craig’s journey to medicine was inspired by her mother, a physical therapist who brought enthusiasm and passion to her work every day. Growing up in Indiana, Dr. Craig knew early on that she wanted a career focused on helping people. An experience shadowing a general surgeon set her on a course towards medicine where she fell in love with OB/GYN, drawn by the opportunity to combine primary care with surgery and to support people through both joyous and challenging moments in life.

Today, Dr. Craig’s approach is centered on helping each patient feel safe, seen and supported, no matter where they are in their healthcare journey. She carries with her the story of her grandmother giving birth at 28 weeks alone on a military base while Dr. Craig’s grandfather was stationed in Vietnam, which gives her a particular sensitivity to the fears and anxieties her patients may feel, especially if they have limited experience navigating healthcare. She enjoys helping people of all ages find the right contraception, address abnormal bleeding, navigate pregnancy and manage the symptoms of menopause. She trained in minimally invasive surgery and uses it to help her patients address conditions related to fibroids, polyps, endometriosis and more. Dr. Craig also performs gender-affirming hysterectomy and enjoys working with people with diverse backgrounds and identities, including immigrants, those who speak different languages and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Craig enjoys spending time with her two cats, Sushi and Koda, collecting records and attending concerts. She’s also an outdoor enthusiast, often hiking, birding and visiting National Parks. When she’s not exploring nature, she enjoys practicing yoga, painting and checking out local breweries.

She was great. She put me at ease and was professional. She also didn't appear rushed even though I know that doctors are required to see too many patients per day.

Everyone I talked to seemed genuinely kind, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable in their respective areas.

Dr Craig was very thorough in going over my care during the appointment and making sure I was made comfortable during the procedure. Kept me informed as to the process of the procedure and followed up with test results timely to assure I had no concerns about results.

I really appreciated how Dr Craig came in prepared knowing stuff about me already. I also felt heard the whole way through. I, unfortunately have been seeing a lot of specialists in recent months, as my immune system seemingly, is confused, but, Dr. Craig and the nurse by far, were the best one! I felt safe my first visit which, doesn't happen for me. So I think its important to take the extra time to express how Dr. Craig and the nurse that brought me to the room(sorry I forgot her name) were both superb and are appreciated so very much! Best first experience I've ever had!! THANK YOU

Dr. Craig was compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was comfortable with her right away. She listened to me and responded kindly, being very reassuring. The lady who did my intake was also very comforting and did not rush me through. I heard her giving the doctor a very detailed recount of our conversation after she finished with me. Because of that, the doctor came in understanding my concerns and I didn't have to re-explain myself as is so often the case in medical situations. I really appreciate the care I was given and would absolutely recommend this provider without hesitation.
