From the Provider
“I want every woman to feel like she’s been seen and recognized for her unique situation and, ultimately, to feel good about her experience with me and the entire office. Regardless of her health issues or needs, the experience of receiving care should be positive, uplifting and empowering—and I believe that’s a team effort.”
About the Provider
Watching the soft-spoken, patient and kind physician in charge of her grandfather’s care when she was 10 is the experience Dr. Pew credits with shaping her career aspiration and the way she practices to this day. By the time she was 11, she was following Dr. Leoffler on his rounds in the hospital with the intention of becoming an oncologist. It was observing her first surgery for an ectopic pregnancy during her medical school OB/GYN rotation that set her ultimate path. Ever since, Dr. Pew has been in love with the variety offered by obstetrics and gynecology—helping women address both immediate concerns and being a partner in their reproductive health and wellness over time. In addition to caring for women during pregnancy, she also helps them with issues related to heavy or irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, ovulation, infertility and incontinence. She also served as the OB/GYN department chair at Meridian Park Hospital for 14 years.
Dr. Pew and her husband have two young adult sons and love power boating, water sports and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She took up running in 2011 and credits it (along with sensible eating) for her success in losing 95 pounds—an experience she is able to share with her patients who are struggling with weight.

She was very good at using my pronouns & avoiding terms like 'woman' (I'm non-binary) which made the inherent dysphoria of 'women's healthcare' more bearable. I very much appreciated it
