About the Provider

Heather has always been driven to do work that centers on building relationships and creating positive change. In graduate school, she focused on clinical social work and advocacy for women's health, gaining experience working with young adults to improve health and educational outcomes, advocating for women's reproductive rights at NARAL Pro-Choice Texas and supporting HIV positive people in Ghana, Africa.

Heather has worked for more than 10 years providing mental health care and reproductive health education. She considers it a priviledge to work with women and families during pivotal times in their lives and partnering with them to reach goals related to improved physical and emotional health. Using a trauma-informed care approach, Heather can help with:
