After living in Bend and commuting to work in Portland for the last year, Jake, my fiancé (soon to be husband) and I have decided to permanently make our lives there. I will start working at Bend Dermatology in January of 2023. I have always wanted to live in Bend, have a family and raise children in the outdoors—and I feel so fortunate that Jake and I have this opportunity. Despite our good fortune, this was an extremely hard decision for me! It has been my absolute joy to work in obstetrics and gynecology, caring for people during some of life’s most important milestones and transitions. I have developed such amazing relationships with you and your families and I will forever cherish our time together. I also have such a fondness and respect for WHA; I completed my women’s health rotation here during my final year of my PA school program 2014 and have been with this organization ever since. I have made great friends and had opportunities to grow and learn that I couldn’t have ever imagined. I am thankful to my patients and colleagues for everything that I have learned and experienced. Thank you for the privilege of caring for you. I wish you health and happiness in all you do.
With love,
Bailey Hasty, MPAS, PA-C
