Q: How will the merger impact me?
A:
The most important part of your care – your relationship with your provider – will not be impacted as a result of the merger. In the coming months, you may notice some changes in our offices as we all begin doing business under the name Women’s Healthcare Associates. New lab coats and nametags, for example. If you visit our website (and we encourage you to), you’ll notice some changes in October. We’ll do our best to make those as clear as possible.

If you’re currently a patient of Women’s Clinic, PC or Women’s Health Center of Oregon, PC, your out-of-pocket expenses may change after October 1st. We hope to have more information on how this may impact you in the coming weeks.

Q: Will I be able to see the same provider in the same office?
A:
The providers, services and offices that you’re used to will all stay the same. In fact, you shouldn’t notice many changes right away. Over time, our systems will become more integrated to offer you even better service, care and value. We’ll keep you informed on how any future changes may impact you.

Q: Do I need to do anything to make sure my care stays the same?
A:
No; everything that you’re used to will remain the same. As we integrate our systems in the future, we’ll keep you informed on how any changes may impact you.

Q: Will you still have the patient portal?
A: Yes; if you have access to the patient portal now, you will continue to have access going forward. You may notice some changes to our website in October, but we’ll work to make sure those changes are clear and easy for you to navigate.

Q: Will my insurance coverage change?

Q: Will I pay my bill the same?
A:
Yes. You’ll continue to be billed by your office and pay in the way that you’re accustomed to.

Q: Will you be adding new services?
A: We don’t have any immediate plans to add or change the services we provide. We’ll keep you informed if we’re able to add services in the future that may benefit you.
