Kristin’s goal is to assist women in finding relief from the symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood instability and other mental health concerns. She works collaboratively with her patients to assess and understand their needs and concerns and make recommendations based on current scientific evidence, her knowledge and experience and an individual’s preferences. She is committed to assisting women in finding a path to wellness through holistic treatment planning that addresses all aspects of their lives, including biological, psychological and social/environmental needs.
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys knitting, sewing and other textile arts. She is an avid hiker and enjoys reading, including literature, history and philosophy.
