Childbirth Education Classes
Childbirth is an amazing, magical experience — and one that comes with many unknowns. To help our patients successfully navigate through pregnancy and the birthing process, Women's Healthcare Associates offers a four-week childbirth education series at our Peterkort and Tualatin campuses. The program covers all aspects of the birthing process, including pertinent anatomy and physiology of labor and delivery, labor coping skills and medications and epidurals. By the end of the series, you and your birth partner will have a good understanding of the labor and birth process and will be able to develop a birth plan based upon your needs.
Childbirth education classes are open to all Women's Healthcare Associates patients. Please contact your provider's office for class schedules and enrollment information.
