We are located on the Meridian Park Hospital campus. Our office is located in suite 300 on the third floor of the medical office building marked 19250.
From Portland / I-5 Southbound
- Take I-5 South to exit 289 towards Tualatin/Sherwood.
- At the top of the off ramp, turn left (East) onto Nyberg Road and cross I-5. Nyberg Road will turn into SW 65th Avenue and curves right (South) up the hill towards Meridian Park Hospital.
- Take the first entrance (on your left) into the Meridian Park Hospital campus.
- To park near our office, continue straight up the hill following signs to medical office building 19250. After passing a parking garage on your left, turn left in front of medical office building 19260. You may park in the parking garage on your left or in the surface lot directly in front of the building we’re in, medical office building 19250.
From Wilsonville / I-5 Northbound
- Take I-5 North to exit 289 towards Tualatin/Sherwood.
- At the top of the off ramp, turn right (East) onto Nyberg Road. Nyberg Road will turn into SW 65th Avenue and curves right (South) up the hill towards Meridian Park Hospital.
- Take the first entrance (on your left) into the Meridian Park Hospital campus.
- To park near our office, continue straight up the hill following signs to medical office building 19250. After passing a parking garage on your left, turn left in front of medical office building 19260. You may park in the parking garage on your left or in the surface lot directly in front of the building we’re in, medical office building 19250.
From I-205 Westbound
- Take exit 3. Turn right onto Stafford Road, then left on Borland Road.
- Follow Borland Road until it dead ends at SW 65th Avenue.
- Turn right on SW 65th. You will pass the main entrance to Meridian Park Hospital.
- Turn right into the first driveway on your right.
- To park near our office, continue straight up the hill following signs to medical office building 19250. After passing a parking garage on your left, turn left in front of medical office building 19260. You may park in the parking garage on your left or in the surface lot directly in front of the building we’re in, medical office building 19250.
From I-205 Eastbound
- Take exit 3. Turn left onto Stafford Road and proceed to the flashing red light at the SW Borland Road intersection.
- Turn left onto SW Borland Road and proceed about four miles until Borland ends at SW 65th.
- Turn right on SW 65th. You will pass the main entrance to Meridian Park Hospital.
- Turn right into the first driveway on your right.
- To park near our office, continue straight up the hill following signs to medical office building 19250. After passing a parking garage on your left, turn left in front of medical office building 19260. You may park in the parking garage on your left or in the surface lot directly in front of the building we’re in, medical office building 19250.
