We are located on the third floor of the medical office building on the Providence Newberg Medical Center Campus.

From the North - Portland (Driving South on I-5)

• Take exit 289. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto SW Nyberg Road.
• Go .2 miles and bear left onto SW Tualatin-Sherwood Road.
• Travel 4.5 miles, then turn left onto Hwy 99-W (SW Pacific Hwy).
• Go 6.5 miles, and turn left onto Providence Drive.

From the North - Beaverton/Tigard (Driving South on Hwy 217)

• Take exit 6. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Hwy 99-W (SW Pacific Hwy).
• Go 12.8 miles.
• Turn left onto Providence Drive.

From the South - Salem (Driving North on I-5)

• Take exit 278, Aurora National Historic District / Donald.
• Turn left onto Ehlen Road NE and travel 2.6 miles.
• The road name will change to Yergen Road NE; travel 10 miles.
• The road name will change to McKay Road NE; go 3.4 miles.
• Turn right onto SR-219 (River Road NE) and go 4.3 miles.
• Turn right onto SR-219 (Villa Road), then immediately right onto Hwy 99-W (Pacific Hwy). Go 1.4 miles.
• Turn right onto Providence Drive.

From the East - Wilsonville (Driving West on SW Wilsonville Road)

• Drive west on SW Wilsonville Road for 12.4 miles.
• Turn right onto SW-219 (NE St Paul Hwy) and go 1.1 miles.
• Turn right onto SR-219 (Villa Road), then immediately turn right onto Hwy 99-W (Pacific Hwy). Go 1.4 miles.
• Turn right onto Providence Drive.

From the West - Yamhill (Driving East on SR-240)

• Drive East on SR-240 (E Main St) for 11.5 miles.
• Turn left onto Hwy 99-W for .3 miles.
• Keep straight onto SR-219 for .5 miles, then keep straight onto Hwy 99-W (Pacific Hwy) for 1.4 miles.
• Turn right onto Providence Drive.
