Patient Portal: Online Services for Patients
Use the patient portal to to do the following from the convenience of home:
- Request an appointment;
- Complete health history forms in advance;
- Receive normal test results; and
- Pay your bill.
Contact your office to receive portal registration information. We're sorry, but at this time patients in our Eastbank and Tabor offices (formerly Women's Clinic, PC) do not have access to the patient portal.
