Dr. Prescott grew up in the coastal plains of South Carolina and still has family and strong roots there. He obtained his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Medical University of North Carolina. Dr. Prescott is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has served as chairman of the Oregon Section of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
In addition to family, Dr. Prescott enjoys music, exploring, fishing and golfing with friends. He and his wife have two children.
