Beginning on May 24th, Women's Healthcare Associates will be using a new online bill pay system. The new system will be integrated with our patient portal. The change streamlines our billing process and enables us to offer eStatements. It will allow you to view previous statements and online payments, and to access your portal and bill pay accounts with a single login.
After the payment system changes, you will need to use a special bill pay code printed at the top of your statement to access the patient portal to set up your new payment account. Your existing bill pay login information for Women's Healthcare Associates will not be transferred - you must re-register in the new system.
Once you are set up in the new bill pay system, it will automatically generate eStatements for you and notify you by email when they are ready. If you don't open the statement within 10 days, a paper statement will be mailed to you. If you don't open three eStatements in a row, you will only receive paper statements.
